Sannlighting welcomes qualified businesses seeking support with lighting product selection, project planning, product specifications, and professional purchasing.

Our Trade Program is designed to provide eligible business customers with a more efficient communication, quotation, and ordering experience for residential, hospitality, commercial, and interior-design projects.

Trade Program participation is subject to application review, business verification, product availability, and the applicable program terms.

Who Can Apply

The Sannlighting Trade Program is available to qualified businesses and professional purchasers, including:

  • Interior designers and interior design companies
  • Architecture firms
  • Construction companies and licensed contractors
  • Property development and property management companies
  • Hospitality businesses
  • Home-staging and furnishing companies
  • Retail and commercial businesses
  • Other registered businesses purchasing lighting for professional projects

Applicants must provide accurate company and contact information and may be asked to submit documentation confirming their business status.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

  • Confirming bulb, wattage, and voltage information
  • Organizing multiple-item orders
  • Reviewing available customization options
  • Providing order and shipping updates
  • Assisting with product information before purchase

Customers, designers, contractors, and installers remain responsible for confirming that each product is suitable for the intended space, structural conditions, electrical system, mounting requirements, location rating, and applicable local codes.

Trade Pricing

Approved Trade Program members may be eligible for exclusive trade pricing or tiered project discounts based on factors such as:

  • Product selection
  • Order value
  • Order quantity
  • Project requirements
  • Current product availability
  • Applicable promotions or quotation terms

Trade pricing is not automatically applied to every order and is not guaranteed at a fixed percentage.

Any approved discount, quotation, or project price will be confirmed before the applicable order is placed.

Trade pricing generally cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sale pricing, or special offers unless Sannlighting confirms otherwise in writing.

Tax-Exempt Purchasing Support

Tax-exempt purchasing support may be available to approved businesses that provide a valid resale certificate or other applicable tax-exemption documentation.

Documentation must be complete, valid, and applicable to the shipping destination and transaction.

Submitting a resale certificate does not automatically guarantee tax-exempt status. Sannlighting may request additional documentation or decline a tax-exemption request when the information cannot be verified or does not meet applicable requirements.

Tax-exempt status cannot always be applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed.

Tax-exempt orders are processed through custom invoicing after the customer’s valid resale certificate has been reviewed and verified. Tax-exempt status does not apply automatically at online checkout.

Application Requirements

To apply for the Sannlighting Trade Program, applicants should provide:

  • Legal business name
  • Trade name, if applicable
  • Business type
  • Contact person’s full name
  • Business email address
  • Telephone number
  • Business address
  • Company website or professional portfolio, if available
  • Business registration information, when requested
  • Resale certificate or tax-exemption documentation, when applicable
  • A brief description of the purchasing needs or project
  • Estimated order quantity or project budget, if known

Applications containing incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, or misleading information may be delayed or declined.

Application Review

Trade Program applications are reviewed individually.

Sannlighting may request additional company information, project details, professional credentials, business documentation, or tax documents before completing the review.

Approved applicants will receive confirmation by email.

Trade Program approval applies only to the approved business and authorized representatives of that business.

Trade Program access, pricing, quotations, and benefits may not be transferred, resold, shared, or used by another individual or company without prior written authorization from Sannlighting.

Sannlighting may suspend or revoke Trade Program access if:

  • Application information is false or inaccurate
  • Trade benefits are transferred or misused
  • Purchases are made for unauthorized resale
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • Program terms or website policies are materially violated

Product and Project Information

Product availability, materials, finishes, dimensions, pricing, specifications, and shipping estimates are subject to the information available when an order or quotation is prepared.

Natural stone, shell, glass, ceramic, wood, crystal, and metal finishes may contain variations in color, pattern, texture, veining, bubbles, or surface details.

These variations may occur because of natural materials, handmade production, photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Customers should review and approve all applicable product details before placing an order, including:

  • Dimensions and weight
  • Materials and finishes
  • Bulb base and bulb quantity
  • Maximum wattage
  • Voltage requirements
  • Mounting requirements
  • Hanging height or cord length
  • Location rating
  • Installation requirements
  • Customization details, when applicable

Hardwired lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes, structural requirements, and installation instructions.

Quotes and Project Pricing

Project quotations may be prepared based on the products, quantities, finishes, specifications, delivery requirements, and other information provided by the applicant.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation:

  • Is valid only for the period stated in the quotation
  • Is subject to product availability
  • Does not reserve inventory until payment is completed
  • May change if product quantities or specifications change
  • May exclude applicable taxes or optional delivery services

A quotation is not considered an accepted order until payment has been successfully completed and Sannlighting has confirmed the order.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

After shipment, the estimated standard transit time is generally 7–15 business days.

Custom-made, modified, oversized, fragile, or made-to-order products may require additional production, preparation, or transit time.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship to eligible physical delivery addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States.

Sannlighting offers free standard shipping on eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.

Optional services, special delivery arrangements, redelivery, storage, address corrections, or other customer-requested services may result in additional charges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order cancellation or modification requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation begins.

Submitting a request within 24 hours does not guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified if processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation has already started.

Custom-made, modified, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after production has started.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

All returns require prior review and written authorization before a product is shipped back.

For standard returns requested because of a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or style or color preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Sannlighting does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Custom-made, modified, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has started, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order specifications.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

For an approved claim caused by a Sannlighting error or qualifying product issue, Sannlighting will cover the approved return shipping or replacement shipping cost.
