Our Trade Program is designed to provide eligible business customers with a more efficient communication and ordering experience.

Who Can Apply

The Sannlighting Trade Program is available to qualified businesses, including:

Interior design companies
Architecture firms
Construction companies
Property development companies
Hospitality businesses
Retail and commercial businesses
Other registered businesses purchasing lighting for professional projects

Applicants must provide valid company information and may be asked to submit documentation confirming their business status.

Trade Program Benefits

Priority Customer Support

Approved trade customers receive priority assistance for product questions, order status inquiries, shipping updates, and general order-related support.

Our customer support team will work to provide clear and timely communication throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Project Order Assistance

We can assist approved trade customers with project-related orders, including:

Reviewing product availability
Confirming product specifications
Checking dimensions and finish options
Organizing multiple-item orders
Providing order and shipping updates
Assisting with product information before purchase

Customers remain responsible for confirming that each product is suitable for the intended space, installation conditions, and local electrical requirements.

Company website, if available
Business registration or other supporting company information, when requested
A brief description of the purchasing needs or project

Applications containing incomplete or inaccurate information may not be approved.

Application Review

Trade applications are reviewed individually.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Sannlighting may request additional company information before completing the review.

Approved applicants will receive confirmation by email.

Trade Program access is intended only for the approved business and may not be transferred to another individual or company.

Product and Order Information

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and shipping estimates are subject to the information displayed on our website at the time an order is placed.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After shipment, the estimated transit time is 7–15 business days.

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Terms of Service

Order change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
