Welcome to Sannlighting. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SANNLIGHTING LLC, doing business as Sannlighting. SANNLIGHTING LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Sannlighting is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services or purchasing products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about orders, payments, shipping, returns, product installation, warranties, and limitations of liability.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our prior written authorization.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, specifications, prices, and availability.
Actual colors and product appearance may vary because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, natural-material variations, handmade production, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Natural stone, shell, glass, ceramic, wood, crystal, and metal finishes may contain variations in color, texture, pattern, veining, bubbles, or surface details. These variations are not necessarily product defects.
Customers should review the applicable product page for dimensions, weight, materials, voltage, wattage, bulb requirements, mounting requirements, included components, certification information, location rating, and installation conditions before purchasing.
Certification, outdoor suitability, wet-location ratings, and specific material claims apply only when they are expressly stated and supported on the applicable product page.
Hardwired lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes, structural requirements, and installation instructions.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may be corrected or updated when an error or change is identified.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND AUTHORIZED PURCHASES
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SANNLIGHTING LLC may accept, decline, correct, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment issues, inventory discrepancies, unsupported delivery addresses, clear pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
An order is considered accepted after we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorization, inventory verification, and fraud review.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, customized, prepared for shipment, or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with the order.
If Sannlighting cancels an order before shipment, any applicable amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Purchases and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, or for authorized professional design or project use approved through our Trade Program, and not for unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent activity, or unlawful export.
Trade Program participation, professional discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, and project support may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, documentation, and program terms.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of a clear pricing or listing error.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes.
Shipping coverage, shipping charges, and any applicable free-shipping offer are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Any applicable sales tax, shipping charge, discount, or customer-requested optional service charge will be displayed before payment is completed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Payment-card information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment service providers.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volume, transportation interruptions, special handling, delivery appointment requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Sannlighting remains responsible for reviewing claims involving confirmed transit loss, transportation damage, incomplete delivery, or an incorrect product until confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
For an approved claim, Sannlighting will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, a replacement product, an approved return at our expense, or a refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, responding to carrier communications, arranging required delivery appointments, and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to the carrier, failure to arrange a required appointment, or an inaccessible delivery location, the customer may be responsible for the actual documented carrier charges associated with address correction, storage, redelivery, or return-to-sender service.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, non-returnable products, damaged-product claims, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
All returns require prior review and authorization.
Customers must contact Sannlighting and follow the authorized return instructions before shipping a returned product.
Products returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including text, original product descriptions, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, videos, audio, and other materials owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by SANNLIGHTING LLC, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, sell, scrape, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
Sannlighting’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants a license or ownership right in the intellectual property of SANNLIGHTING LLC, Shopify, or another rights holder.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Services may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or features operated by independent third parties.
Third-party tools are provided subject to the applicable provider’s own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.
SANNLIGHTING LLC does not control independent third-party tools and is not responsible for their operation, availability, security, or privacy practices.
You should review and understand the applicable third-party terms before using a third-party tool.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, applications, products, services, or content operated by independent third parties.
SANNLIGHTING LLC is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that third party’s applicable terms and policies.
Questions or claims concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third-party provider.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sannlighting is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and SANNLIGHTING LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of Sannlighting products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, installation, customer support, returns, refunds, or product-related claims.
Your use of Shopify-operated features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy notices.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with the Shopify Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live, you may submit a privacy-rights request concerning information processed by Shopify through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Information may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, fraud-prevention providers, customer-support providers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to process transactions and operate the Services.
SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas, proposals, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant SANNLIGHTING LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
Submitted content must not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Submitted content must not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, obscene, or malicious material.
We may remove or decline to publish content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, promotions, processing times, shipping information, or other content.
If a material error affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before changing or canceling the order.
If we cannot fulfill the order as displayed or the customer does not accept the corrected information, the affected order will be canceled and any applicable payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 14 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable international, federal, state, provincial, or local law
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
- Submit fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading information

- Send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized solicitations
- Interfere with website security, functionality, or access controls
- Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization
- Circumvent security measures, CAPTCHAs, robot-exclusion controls, or access restrictions
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 15 - AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies when software or a service takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action to access or interact with the Services on behalf of a person or organization, referred to in this section as an “Agent.”
An Agent must not conceal or misrepresent that automated access is occurring.
An Agent must not circumvent CAPTCHAs, access restrictions, security controls, rate limits, or other measures intended to manage automated access.
We may limit or block automated access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, website security, or intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when a user materially violates these Terms, threatens website security, engages in fraud, or uses the Services unlawfully.
You remain responsible for amounts properly due before the effective date of termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and outstanding payment obligations, will remain effective.
SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful website information but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any express product warranty stated on an applicable product page or written warranty document will be governed by the terms of that warranty.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SANNLIGHTING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, unsuitable structural support, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, incompatible components, improper product use, or unauthorized use of the Services.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This limitation does not override remedies stated in our Shipping Policy or Refund Policy for approved returns, confirmed transit loss, transportation damage, defective products, missing components, or incorrect products.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify SANNLIGHTING LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable.
This section does not require indemnification for conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the agreement between you and SANNLIGHTING LLC concerning your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.
These Terms supersede prior communications or agreements concerning the same subject matter, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
SANNLIGHTING LLC may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which SANNLIGHTING LLC provides products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in the State of California, United States, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws or other applicable laws require a different jurisdiction or venue.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, product, technology, or service-related changes.
The updated version and revised “Last Updated” date will be published on this page.
Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
