Installation and Product Use

Hardwired lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical codes, structural requirements, and installation instructions.

Customers and installers are responsible for confirming fixture dimensions, weight, voltage, wattage, structural support, mounting conditions, bulb compatibility, dimmer compatibility, location rating, and installation clearances.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, unsuitable structural support, incorrect voltage, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow installation instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SANNLIGHTING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Unauthorized or unlawful use of this website
  • Improper installation, assembly, handling, or product use
  • Unauthorized product modification
  • Technical interruptions outside our reasonable control
